All documents that we supply are in Microsoft Word® format, please let us know if this is a problem for you.

You will receive:

1. Once In a Lifetime Productions welcome letter.
2. Order form relevant to your requirements.
3. Details of Post and Packing charges. (See special offer on Price List page if you live local to OIL Productions)
   

Acceptable methods of payment:

Currently these are personal cheque/postal order sent with order and Debit or Credit card via PayPal® using email payments.

N.B. With Email Payments, once we receive your tape(s) you will be sent an email payment request from OIL Productions. You then click a button in the email payment request and you will then be transferred to a secure form on the PayPal website.  You can then make your payment securely online, whether you have a PayPal account or not.

What do you do next:

1. Package up your tapes/photos together with the completed order form and any cheque payment.
2. Send them to OIL Productions. (Please note the address quoted on your order form is a mailing address only)
3. Sit back and wait for the post.

Postage: Although the method used for dispatch to OILProductions is the customers choice, we recommend Recorded or Special Delivery. We use this service for the return and always send the original media and the new DVD in seperate parcels to guard against losses.
